No doubt Gowri mam is the best yoga instructor here. When I began, I had lost hope on my weight loss and wellness in general. I joined weightloss session here. To my surprise I have seen positive changes just within 2 weeks and still continuing. Good for people who wants to transform for real. She made sure I put in the effort as well. Gives proper instructions. Definitely result oriented with good care.

I am very lucky to have a excellent yoga instructor like Gowri mam. She teaches yoga very dedicatedly , every minor mistake done by you is corrected by her . If you feel any difficulty while doing asana , she herself comes to you and helps you . I am so addicted to yoga because of Gowri mam . Because of the teaching of Gowri mam , my body has become so flexible . All thanks to Gowri mam.
