It's a very old building at banagar pet area, it's consists of Alot of shops & more shops are closed permanently and some shops are working, it's need to develop alot, there is no proper wash rooms, there is always a problem of lifts.. no care takers ar there, no security guards, no watch mans, no CC tv cameras, and environment is also not at all good..
Once upon time it's a no 1 place for starting business but now it's not gud place for business due not maintenance neatly this shoping complex.
There were great expectations about this Shopping Mall before it's commencement but soon after its commencement all expectations were proved false.Worst maintenance,No proper security,Only few complexes are occupied with shops.
It's a private complex... Where shops and space given for rent for like gyms,finance companies,educational counsultants etc...,
