Service has become too slow. Earlier dvr was known for it's good food. But now may be due to popularity staff is not responding properly. Had to wait for nearly 15 min for people to respond to clear the tables.

I was sitting at DVR Restaurant & Bar and having my meal when, to my shock, a glass from above fell near me and an insect dropped straight into my food plate. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic. It ruined my entire dining experience. Such carelessness and poor hygiene standards are not expected from a place like this. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better cleanliness and safety for customers.

Decent place to stay in a town like Kurnool. The front desk personnel were not friendly at all. Breakfast was outsourced. Hardly anything to eat.

Worst and inhumane response form the enquiry. We were locals and wanted to book around 6 rooms for a marriage wedding event. We called and then visited the hotel to ask in person for the details and the availability of rooms and also to check the hygiene and rooms condition to book for our bulk requirements The person whoever is at reception was too rude to us women and was literally about to shout for coming for enquiry. He behaved irresponsible not even bothering to the composed behavior from our side. It was matter of complaint we could do to the management for his highly worst behavior towards a woman who has come for enquiry for a bulk booking. Never expected this for locals. He was more concerned of already booked people around than the new booking requirement that is infront of him We didn't understand what was his real problem to respond normally
