Horrible experience trying to return a dress with a rip in it. The second floor supervisor guy, Ravi was yelling in our faces, shouting very loudly. It caught everyone's attention and he called us cheap for trying to return a 2000 rupees dress then proceeded to say we probably tore it while trying to put the dress on my sister. We bought it at 3pm and returned at 6pm and he said we should have immediately brought the dress back which we did but apparently 3 hrs is a long time. He was very disrespectful using unnecessary and unprofessional language. He was super aggressive and he really startled my little sister especially since it's her first time shopping in India. This clearly isn't his first offense as staff mentioned he's always like this and told us to leave the matter. This type of behavior has to be addressed and taken into account. We are extremely unsatisfied and unhappy. Ghousia on the second floor near the girls long dresses area was very kind tho. She was patient and very helpful. Please do not buy any clothes here without checking for rips and tears. Really hope Ravi's behavior is taken seriously.
