Established more than 6 years ago, DMart Kurnool has quickly become everyone's go-to spot for groceries and household items beating both Spencers and Reliance while strongly competing with Jyothi and Flipkart. They open up early in the morning for Fresh Milk and Produce at 2 rupees less than MRP and stay open till 9 PM only due to the dictatorship of Kurnool Police unlike its other branches that are open till 11 PM. What I Love: * Wide Range of Products: DMart offers a fantastic selection of everything from fresh produce and dairy to packaged foods, household goods, and even clothing. I'm always impressed by the variety and quality of their products. But I always struggle to find what I came for because of the excessive and suffocating crowds * Competitive Prices: DMart is well-known for its competitive pricing, and I've consistently found their prices to be lower than other supermarkets in the area. This makes it a budget-friendly option for stocking up on essentials. But Jiomart still beats them through free delivery. * Organized Layout: The store is well-organized and easy to navigate. Clear signage and aisle markers make it simple to find what you're looking for, even if you're new to the store. WHICH could benefit from having a map layout near elevators and stairs. * Cleanliness: The store is decently clean and well-maintained, which is important to me. I appreciate the effort they put into keeping the shopping environment pleasant. * Friendly Staff: The staff at DMart Kurnool are consistently friendly and helpful. They're always willing to assist with questions or help locate items. Areas for Improvement: * Checkout Lines: While the staff are efficient, during peak hours the checkout lines can get a bit long. It would be great to see more checkout counters open to speed up the process. The cashiers do try to guide the crowd to efficiency but they in classic Ignorant Kurnool mentality do as they please. * Parking: The parking lot can sometimes get crowded, especially on weekends. It would be helpful to utilize road side parking in such situations. * DMart Ready App: Even though I have a lot of vouchers in this app, I cannot utilize any of them here as the DMart head office doesn't think Kurnool is worthy of it. And maybe Kurnool is not actually worthy of receiving a decent delivery system and thereby they should let Jiomart beat them in that aspect, which even Jyothi departmental stores has been able to manage on their own app for so many years. Overall Impression: Despite these minor drawbacks, I highly recommend DMart Kurnool to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable, and enjoyable shopping experience. As you know DMart is the best option for offers. Here it is well maintained and stock is also available as a fresh stock. Rotation of goods is good so we can expect fresh stocks . Good progress in kurnool and proud to have it here. Autos will be available at the entrance for easy transportation. Bags will be available for 18 rs and 36 rs. So carry your own bags for saving money on the goods you buy.

As every Dmat it has all the options but the only thing that all people suffer is the crowd in this place, the billing is too slow and tere is atleast 30 min standing line in proper working days, people will really appreciate if this can be solved, other than that everything was good even the assistance and guidance of people in luggage section was also good. Parking was also exceptionally great.
