She's my first ever trainer. Never thought in my 28 years of life I could consistently work out for a month atleast. But with this girl I was able to work out for 4 months continuously . I never thought I would be able to get back to my older version or wear older dresses. but with her it was made possible. even my mental health also got improved thanks a ton to her!! I always dreamt of lifting weights , she helped me to take baby steps towards my dream of lifting weights.. I'm so glad I came out of my comfort zone and she motivated n scheduled my sessions as per my body n energy.!! one of the best things I did in 2022 was joining under her!!

She is the best trainer I've seen. I actually love the way she talks and motivates her clients, she always wants us to complete that day's task perfectly with a touch of joy. Those efforts of her in the workout sessions made me more consistent in my fitness journey. Looking forward to join her classes more often .

She's one of the best trainer I have come across. Working out has become much more fun as the sessions were not very stressful but effective.I am so happy and thankful for the inch loss I had within very few months of our journey. Heartfully to say She is the best coach as far as i seen, very friendly , veryvery encouraging Best part of her is that she had a lot of patience... We never feel like skipping her classes.. She teaches us what we require due to that we never feel stressed... Her training sessions are very budget friendly. .. Those who cannot afford gym she is the best..

I came to know about her from one of my close cousin. Looking for good fitness and maintain a healthy lifestyle since a while after this corona 2020 panademic and then I realized why shouldn't I try online gym with a fitness trainer like cult sessions. Coming to Sonu she is very professional, Punctual and dedicated to her client as promised, she actual understood my hectic work routine and adjusted her timings to make me feel comfortable with work out session. Everyone can't do this even if you say you are paying. Even they have their personal choices and times to get on. Thank you so much sonu chowdary for this and workout experience with you is always awesome. I am just 4 days old to her workout but still loved the way shes trying to make her clients way for their fitness journey and she also gave a diet plan which is very helpful and taking care of special attention based on the individual diet choice and I am really looking forward to go more and more sessions with her.
