I've joined general training with a hope of losing atleast 3 kilos in the first month. I took Diet prescribed by Aruna akka everyday and worked out for about 2 hours a day. To my surprise, with all combined efforts, I have lost 8 kilos in just 40 days and had good inch loss as well. What more can we expect from an experienced trainer ? I must tell you, you don't just workout, you workout with so much fun and ease. I appreciate the entire team for taking so much care of their clients.
