Great gym with lots of equipment. It is slightly small, so things can seem a bit cluttered. Dumbbells go up to 40kg. They do not have a squat rack or a deadlift station. They have a smith machine, barbell landmine and an inclined lat row along with the usual chest and shoulder press machines . Plenty of ez and straight bars if you want to do some bicep curls Edit: dumbbells go to 40kg, not 25 as stated earlier

Available advanced physical fitness equipment. Expert trainers teach you the classes. 1month , 6months& 1year package available. Fitness hall contains central A.C

Have been here since past 6 months To start with Equipment wise - good Trainer knowledge- good Price- ok with equipment Ventilation-???? According to me a good workout includes adequate ventilation , but it is quite impossible for most of the gyms in city, but in terms of AIR CONDITIONING the gym consists of only 2 fans fixed in the 2 corners (occupied) and a central AC Reg AC - they only switch it on after 6:30pm ( Gym starts at 5pm) and switch it off by 7:30pm ( ends by 9pm) Even though I asked trainer to switch it on many times they didn't consider my request most of the times Overall equipped gym with NO VENTILATION at all for the price they charge

No doubt this is the best gym in Guntur. Good infrastructure, wide variety and well maintained equipments and friendly, supportive trainers make this a perfect gym for everyone irrespective of gender and age group.
