I've joined bsf last month I paid an advance 5k for annual plan + 6m personal trainer... Within a 2days... I got an health emergency and admitted in hospital.. as I requested them to refund an amount atleast 4k for just I went for 2days ... 1k to take and remaining amount...
Till the date no proper response and they don't take calls won't reply for msgs worst service ...
Even in hard times they see only money... No humanity
