It's a great place to work out and achieve your fitness goals and I have a pretty good overall impression. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and they offer a good range of options for both cardio and strength training. I especially like that they have a dedicated area for functional training, which is something I'm really into. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, always willing to offer assistance or guidance.The gym's cleanliness is also a big plus. They seem to be constantly cleaning and sanitizing, which is definitely appreciated. and the instructors are energetic and motivating. The atmosphere is generally positive and encouraging, which makes it easier to stick to your workout routine.

I've been training at TFS for a while now, and I honestly can't imagine my fitness journey without it. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and I always feel safe and supported. Over time, it feels like the main trainers at TFS have become less involved in directly guiding members, leaving much of the responsibility in the hands of the subsidiary trainers. Because of this, the gym seems to have lost some of the value and charm it once had. A special mention goes to Koushik** and Ram for their dedication and skill - their efforts are truly commendable. This is not intended as criticism but as a sincere suggestion: members join and stay because of the personal care and guidance they receive. If that attention is maintained consistently, TFS will continue to grow stronger. If not, there's always a risk of gradually losing loyal members.

My brother introduced me to join this Gym, after which I never doubt his decision for joining here. We all basically see the ambience and types of infrastructure there but what we fail to notice is the amount of knowledge that trainers possess. Here in TFS, you find certified trainers. Trainers don't mean they come and teach you how particular variations are done, but the environment they create around to challenge everything is a pearl of wisdom that TFS mastered. I thank Tarun anna, RAM anna(my trainer) and Harish Anna, Sai anna, for their support to me. Their friendship makes us feel more enthusiastic to go to the gym. They analyse our body and state of mind about the workouts and then will suggest the diet plan and schedule. Believe me, whatever they say, it has some meaning for why they say. I've blindly followed whatever RAM anna says, I'm fit and happy for the fitness I got from here. In Eluru, I would say TFS is the best gym and peoples are the best personality I've ever seen. GYM is not only about doing workouts it is also about building a healthy atmosphere, environment and friendship. I loved their nature and friendliness.
