Body flex yoga/fitness zone is a nice place for all sorts of workouts like Yoga, Zumba, Cardio exercises, Bamboo stick exercises along with different equipments to workout on. Experienced and friendly trainers. Very resonable packages with flexible hours. You have everything that one could want in a gym.

Every Saturday we have yoga, which makes me more flexible..while doing regularly exercises i become more tiered..but when i have yoga it helps me to reduce stress..
