Very good jim & nice coach. One day actually I am in idea of reducing my weight but dont know how to do it.cardio alone doesn't help and thought of going for a gym and just tried this gym.In two months I lost almost 8kilos,very happy about that.we have got all the equipments in the gym and especially trainer is very good.
