I recently attended a yoga class and had a wonderful experience. The instructor was very knowledgeable and attentive, offering clear instructions and helpful adjustments. The class was well-paced, balancing strength, flexibility, and relaxation. I appreciated how they encouraged mindfulness throughout the session, making it not just a workout but also a mental reset. The studio space was clean, calming, and well-equipped. Overall, I left feeling refreshed, energized, and looking forward to the next class. Highly recommend it for anyone at any skill level!
