They take the time to understand your goals and push you in the right way challenging but always supportive. I've been training under Afzal, and he's been really helpful--always available to clarify doubts and guide with proper form and technique. He's approachable, supportive, and definitely knows his stuff. Gym is well-equipped with all the necessary machines and weights, making it suitable for all kinds of workouts One thing that could be improved is the lack of progressive tracking. Currently, there's no system in place to record the weights we're lifting. As a result, when repeating the same exercise in the next session, we often forget how much we lifted last time, which affects consistent progress. Overall, it's a solid gym with a great trainer--just needs a bit more structure to track performance better.
