Being an athlete, i really need a good sport gym trainer and ADONI FITNESS , MASTAN SIR is the best trainer , nutrition who guides best diet plans , and he has a special skill of acupressure and also done diploma in it ... so i wud recommend adonias especially ladies who is eagerly waiting for weight loss , fitness and sportiveness in their life .. ur wait ends at ADONI FITNESS ... come and enjoy ur healthy life over here ....
