'YOGA & YOU' is the best yoga centre for learning and practising yoga! I've been attending for the past 6 months, and it has been a truly positive and rewarding experience. The environment is peaceful, friendly, and very supportive. Our mam is extremely kind and always makes us feel comfortable and motivated. She teaches with patience and care, which makes every session both enjoyable and effective. Joining this centre has greatly helped my overall well-being. I've had an amazing and truly life-changing experience learning yoga with Bipasha - our yoga teacher. She is an incredibly knowledgeable, soft-spoken, humble, and polite teacher who patiently guides every student according to their physical condition, ensuring the practice is both safe and appropriately challenging. Bipasha Mam is an excellent Yoga Teacher. I have been doing her online Yoga class for last 2 months & it benefitted me a lot. Her guidance really helped me to cure my health problems. She is very mindful & Caring as a teacher. She is brilliant not only in Yoga but also teaches us meditation which helped me immensely. Her classes are very much affordable for all.
