After training at this gym for over two and a half years--consistently, with dedication--I feel it's my responsibility to share an honest account for those considering joining. The Reality Behind the Shine: 1. Disrespectful and Unprofessional Management: Feedback is not welcomed here. Even well-meaning suggestions are dismissed, and serious issues are often ignored. 2. Poor Front Desk Conduct: The receptionist has publicly humiliated members on payment matters without cross-checking records. This isn't just unprofessional--it's embarrassing and ethically wrong. 3. Unsafe, Unmaintained Equipment: Cables snap. Machines are often broken or dusty for long periods. This gym does not prioritize preventive maintenance. A lot of corners of the gym have exposed sharp edges that can cut fingers and legs easily. The floors are mostly unsanitary including the washrooms that lack daily maintenance. 4. Inconsistent Personal Training: Some trainers show up late regularly or don't honor scheduled sessions. This affects progress for serious trainees and reflects poor internal coordination. 5. No Real Community or Ethical Standards: If you're educated and believe in basic dignity and freedom of expression--this space might feel stifling. If you are ethical, there is a faded chance of a basic respect, and all ethical applications are in vain. Our body is a temple and so is the gym, but according to my experience, I see this gym is just a profit earning concern. 6. Mishandling of Accidents: Injuries caused by faulty equipment are downplayed, or even blamed on the member, ignoring proper first aid for injuries. I was told to leave after such an incident, despite being a long-term client who respected both the space and the rules. While the variety of machines may initially impress, you won't have the freedom to use them comfortably or safely. It's a glossy shell with poor foundations. Respect is earned through consistency, care, and character. Not just infrastructure
