The owner of this gym is a scammer. I had taken this gym's 3 months package and till then the owner was polite and nice. She didn't informed me on her own that if i shift to one month package, i'll have to pay membership charges again which doesn't make any sense as being a member of the gym i have to 1500 membership package that too with 800 fees. I was unaware of this weird rule and had simply paid 800 and the trainer didn't even bother to ask it owner regarding payment of customers and he too didn't inform me of such rule. And has accepted my payment and gave me the bill now after 2 hours of my payment owner calls me and told me all this information and i have made my payment she's neither refunding me my money nor letting me do the gym and when i talked to her about this she was so rude to me and wasn't accepting her fault rather telling me that i should have asked her. How would i even know that this kind of weird rule exists. She'll just take ur money and scam u please don't come to this gym if u don't wanna loose ur money. This gym doesn't have any maintenance system and its very unhygienic and the toilets are not clean and it's smelly one won't be able to stand there and they have very less equipments for the price you are paying and most of the time u have to wait for machines and dumbbells too and the owner is herself the dietician and her diet doesn't do anything it's simply useless. I have taken her diet chart 3 times and followed it but didn't saw any difference. Worst gym ever i have went to. There's nothing called "Professionalism" here.

Well sanitized and clean space. Gym area is not that big, but equipments available are all modern, a fairly bigger room (not hall) is there for crossfit or free hand exercise, but cross-trainer or battle rope or Box jump or monkey bar is not available. All time certified trainers are available. During unlock, gym is being kept closed at noon for sanitization. Admission fees 1500, monthly fees 700, half yearly and yearly packages available.

I am a member of this centre. It is very good. All the modern equipments are available. They also provide diet chart by dietitian. Trainers are also efficient. You can go for aerobic classes also.

Only good thing is it's nearby. The gym is small not well equipped. Lacks good trainer. Specially in morning segment. Feedback given only for the gym section. They offer yoga and other stuffs as well.

Located 10mins walking from Sinthinore main crossing. A homely atmosphere gym hub. They offer yoga classes, regular gym and weight loss package as well. It is a unisex gym keeping in mind different work schl of people. Almost open all through out the day. One trainer looks after the morning shift and the other from afternoon onwards. Efficient trainer with proper guidance.

Nice Gym For Beginners. Workout Instruments are Decent. Trainer is ok. Major problem is that this Gym is too small in Area.

Quality gym with all the latest equipments. However, the gym instructors are quite horrible so watch out if you are a noob.
