I've been training at Iron Shield Gym for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best gyms in Dehradun. The environment is super motivating, the equipment is well maintained, and the energy inside the gym pushes you to give your best every single day. A special mention to Deepak Rawat, one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable trainers I've met. He pays attention to form, creates customized workout plans, and genuinely cares about his clients' progress. He's strict when needed but also supportive -- exactly what you need from a good trainer. I've seen a few fake or misleading comments about the gym online, probably from people who've never actually trained here. But anyone who has been part of Iron Shield knows the real vibe -- it's all about fitness, growth, and discipline. I would recommend this gym to everyone because the environment is very friendly and the machines were also of good quality the equipments were well maintained and the cleanliness is also good gets cleaned every day and the trainers are also good help a lot when the form of any exercise is bad.

If you are introvert type of person ..this is the best gym in this location with two trainers... Both are very supportive, instruct if you are doing wrong exercise or with wrong body alignment or posture. Especially Deepak Rawat sir is very helpful and instructive if he notices any kind of illmanner situation.I am there since two years , not any disturbance, not any unsaid pressure, not any uncomfortable environment. As a women I personally feel quiet safe environment over here .Just go and have your workout.. achieve your fitness goal.

Very good gym in this location. Trainers are very supportive and kind in nature and guide properly if you needed . Good infrastructure and good ventilation, with latest machines. The trainer Mr Deepak Rawat sir is very instructive and humble in nature. He respects women much more. Do not make any wrong opinion about based on only one person's opinion . The best gym in this location I must say.
