I have been working out with the trainers here at Vibefit club months before the gym started.
And the knowledge of the trainers at this gym is based on science and techniques that leaves the ego out of the door.
Rather than pushing basic traditional more weights more gains tactics, I was taught how understanding of the muscle and techniques helped me see progress in as little as 15-16 days.
Someone who have seen many gyms in dehradun, vibefit have all the major machines you need to target specific muscle group for faster progress.

Trainers are not good..not training well I am leaving this gym because I am a beginner and trainers doesn't helping or guiding anything if you are charging this much fees..then at least guide your customers
