Okay so i joined Fitness Freak by Akshay in September. Having zero knowledge about equipments and exercises that will help me achieve my desired goal but Akshay bhaiya is a gem when it comes to guidance. He helped me in understanding how to use the equipments and he's always there to give that push when you dont feel like coming to the gym.
Coming to my own self i have lost a few inches and have gained muscle mass.
