Manu has participated in a lot of Yoga Seminars and webinars also has been teaching Yoga to a lot of people, I know him from years and he has been inspirin people to stay FIT especially in this pandemic situation where one can not perform physical activity . in 2020 and 2021 he led us in International Yoga day (Online).
