Fitness 51 Unisex Gym

I recently joined Fitness 51 and I must say, it's one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness journey. The gym is equipped with all the modern machines and equipment needed for a complete workout - whether it's strength training, cardio, or functional training.

I am exercising in this Gym since 1 year this is the most neat & clean equiped with all new machines in the Noida. Trainer Adesh is most sincere person towards their trainies. Environment is very good for both boys and girls.

Gym trainer and owner is very friendly and help for workout and motivational or good space no huge crowd 10 to 12 person in the gym at a time

It is a wonderful gym where you can get the best training with the help of trainers. The world's best trainers can be found in this gym. The facilities of this gym are as follows: 1. Trainers with excellent communication skills. 2. Motivated trainers who encourage you at every step. 3. Better health tips. 4. A peaceful environment. 5. Improved facilities such as washrooms and various muscle machines. 6. A better music system. 7. Cold, normal, and hot water. 8. The best nutritional information, including which food items provide the right amount of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and so on. 9. Guidance on which food items to consume for a healthy lifestyle. 10. Enough space for all types of exercises. 11. Detailed explanations of exercises for each part of your body. In the past two months, I have achieved the best fitness with the help of the trainers' motivation. I can now do heavy exercises that I never expected to be able to do. I greatly appreciate the trainers who have made me healthy. They do not think of themselves as just trainers but as motivators for everyone, regardless of personal training fees. They try to train all people equally. I highly recommend this gym and suggest my friends and colleagues join. Once you come to this gym, you will never want to leave because you will get everything your body and you need.

I joined this gym in winter time and it was very good experience. This is probably best gym in winter time when AC is not required. Good location, ample space and having all the necessary machines make it a big hit. The real test/review of any gym happens in summer time specially for Non-AC gym where you experience lot of sweats and suffocation. I will update my review in May/June. The trainer is good professional who does not bunk off gym.

The place is well maintained and clean.. Trainer is supportive, provide clear guidance and always encourage.. The machines and equipments are in good condition..

The gym, while not air-conditioned, is equipped with fans that keep the space comfortable. It has a good selection of machines and free weights, ensuring you have what you need for a comprehensive workout. The environment is clean and spacious, and friendly for both men and women. Since I started training here, I have seen noticeable improvements in my fitness levels and overall well-being.
