I've been going for classes here for the past 11 months. It's been a great journey. Nandini madam is vastly knowledgeable in her teachings, analyses and accommodates students' body alignment and works towards stronger body from the inside. I've seen results with an improved core strength, and overall leaner body. On days when I couldn't attend at the centre, she accommodates me as an online participant for the class Be regular and you'll find drastic improvements. I recommend Nandini madam as your first teacher in the world of yoga :)

Nandini is a best yoga teacher and full of life. Her style to teaching of yoga is unique and extraordinary. One must visit Yoga Math to learn correct yoga. Her yoga aasanas are perfect and she make sure they are taught same. I woukd say Yoga Math is a right place to learn right yoga

There's something at this yoga studio for everyone. No matter what class I take I'm always feeling refreshed and mentally stimulated. I've been out of the Yoga game for a while and it's so nice to have found this spot and get back into my practice. The teacher is very knowledgeable and flexible in my USA timings. Her Zoom/online classes are very helpful. The Yoga class is a great one hour power class that really challenges you. The Vinyasa style class is also a great way to stretch out a long day. The class is helping me with lengthening the muscles so I don't feel tight when you wake up first thing in the morning. She offer interesting seminars and multiple online classes with very reasonable rates. Highly recommend!!

I had the opportunity to practise yoga with Nandani in gurgaon . She takes personal interest and works on the areas which need attention. Never meet such a beautiful person with so much knowledge on yoga and I would highly recommend her. Wishing her all the best and loads of hugs regards Priyanka

Awesome place to learn and practice yoga from certified coach and her valuable knowledge and experience. I joined yogamatth for weight loss, but within a span of three months only, not just my body gets fit but makes my body more flexible. Love this place!!
