The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference, especially when you're just starting out. The trainers are highly professional and knowledgeable, always ready to help you with the right form and personalized advice. I absolutely love this gym! It's very spacious, with all the equipment you could need, and the cleanliness is always top-notch. It's a unisex gym with a positive, friendly environment, which makes it especially comfortable for females. The owner, Mr. Madhu, is fantastic--he listens to feedback and continually works to improve the gym. Coach Amit, who trains here, has incredible patience and truly takes the time to train and monitor everyone individually, unlike other gyms that are always pushing for personal training packages. As a beginner, I really value this approach! For anyone in or around BN Reddy Nagar, this is hands down the best gym. The monthly fee is 1500, and it's well worth it. Highly recommended!
