Less crowded and good to workout. However there are 8-9 treadmills and currently there are only 2-3 which are working as expected and others don't work/have issues. I didn't find any santitizers as well to maintain hygiene

Quad Gym in Vanasthalipuram is one of the best fitness centers I've been to. The equipment is top-notch, the environment is motivating, and everything is kept clean and organized.
I want to especially appreciate Coach Sagar, who has been instrumental in my progress. His personalized training plans, attention to form, and constant encouragement have made a huge difference in my fitness journey. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your workouts to the next level, I highly recommend Quad Gym--and Coach Sagar in particular!

Just love this place. Go and hit this awesome gym and transform yourself. This place got everything a fitness enthusiast would desire for. The trainers are certified by reebok and are professionally sound and supportive. They provide weight training and functional training etc. Yoga classes are conducted every Sunday. A nutritionist is available on Saturdays.

The worst gym i have every seen this was my 1st gym to join i have joined with all of hopes taken 1 year subscription i am the beginner i dont even know what to do the trainer are very bad they wont say at all what to do it was deeply disappointing and you can the the difference between person to person how the trainer are treating if they like they will say or simple say u can do by seeing the phone if you join with lot of hopes with money pls dont invest your money on this gym your hopes.worst gym
