I was pleasantly surprised to see a good gym in Arakonam. It has plenty of equipment and 4 air conditioners to maintain a good temperature. It is clean and well maintained. The trainer is knowledgeable and I learnt a lot of workouts in my 2 weeks of personal training. It is worth checking out if you are beginner or experienced working out in the gym.

Initial time they promised, services like: 1. BMI Assessment 2. Workout chart 3. General Trainer All the above are not taken care. In addition, not allowing to use treadmill for slow jogging and running. Attitude of the incharge (claims as an owner) is horrible. He Spoke like goon when asked for explanation. Never ever take long term membership, instead take 30 day or check for 3 day trail pack and experience.
