I joined Bolt only recently and am currently working with Trainer Sameer to improve my mobility and endurance. Sameer did a proper assessment of my physical condition when I informed him of existing injuries and has been making sure to mix up workouts catering to my specific condition. His classes are always engaging and he as a person is very motivating. Best gym to visit in redhills , experienced trainers with friendly mind set make this gym more powerful . They have two section in their gym one for CrossFit and another for weightraining . If your goal is fitness when stay in redhills then bolt fitness studio is my best suggestion
