Great place for workout. clean and Well maintained with all latest equipment.What makes it stand out from other gym is its trainers.The trainers are so kind and will always ensure that they push you to give your maximum. Special shoutout to Shiva, shruthi and praveen. They make sure that all the workout session are fun and of course breathtaking. They also make sure that your regular workout becomes your regular habit. Personal experience incoming - i was a couch potato having bad posture, overweight and was out of shape. With guidance of Shiva, I was able reduce more than 10KG and have build better body posture. Shiva use to ring me up on regular basis and ask "enna brother aalu ah kannum" to make sure i dont miss regular workout classes. Special thanks to him and the fellow trainers
