I started my fitness journey with home workouts when I was 15 and had rarely been to a gym before.. After losing momentum over the last few years, I decided to get back on track and found Vmenia fitness axis near my home. I joined around 5 months ago, and it's been a great experience so far... Karthick bro, the trainer, took time to understand my fitness level and provides a personalized workout schedule every month.. His knowledge in fitness is impressive, and he always keeps me motivated What I really appreciate is that he is not money minded.. he never forces anyone to buy whey protein or other supplements. Instead, he shares simple natural diet plans using regular day to day foods, which makes the journey much more sustainable I can clearly feel the positive changes in my energy, discipline, and lifestyle.. I highly recommend Vmenia, especially for those who are looking for a genuine trainer

This gym is amazing!! The equipment is well-maintained and always clean. The trainer is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and gives personal attention to guide with proper form and effective workout plans. The place is hygienic with good ventilation, and the positive vibe keeps me motivated every day. Flexible timings make it very convenient, and the membership is truly value for money. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. I see no other trainers training at his best like Mr.Karthick. I would definitely recommend you as a personal trainer because you were very professional but warm and friendly. I always looked forward to sessions with you, I learned a lot and enjoyed the movement. Also, He is extremely reliable & punctual, always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
