SLAM Lifestyle and Fitness Studio, Kundrathur

I joined SLAM in July 2024 with an annual membership, expecting professional guidance and proper training support. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite unsatisfactory. From the very beginning, no one took my basic fitness measurements or BMI. Despite repeated requests, it took a long time for me to receive an initial set of exercises. I followed the same workout plan for nearly 75 days without any review or update from the trainers. Only after constant follow-ups did I receive a revised plan in the fourth month. I also raised this issue earlier at the front desk, but no action was taken. The coaches and receptionists have been largely unresponsive, showing little concern for member progress or feedback. It appears that once the membership fee is collected, there is minimal engagement or support. Having been a member of various gyms for over four years, I have never encountered such poor service and lack of professional attention. A general trainer is rarely available to guide or correct workouts, which defeats the purpose of joining a fitness center of SLAM's reputation.

I've been to Slam fitness center (different location) earlier and this center offers the same wide range of well-maintained equipment and a variety of classes. They highlight the clean and spacious facilities, and the motivating and supportive atmosphere. But the trainers need to be more interactive and help everyone DURING THEIR FREE TIME.

Hands down, the best gym in Kundrathur! SLAM Fitness Studio offers everything you need to stay consistent -- clean environment, well-maintained equipment, and top-notch trainers who genuinely care about your progress. The atmosphere is super motivating, whether you're aiming for fat loss, muscle gain, or just general fitness. They also maintain hygiene really well, which is a big plus. Special shoutout to the friendly staff and trainers who push you just the right way If you're around Kundrathur and serious about your fitness journey -- this is where you need to be!

I recently joined the SLAM Kundrathur fitness studio a few months ago, and I would like to share my experience here. This fitness studio is equipped with all the necessary equipment that meets world-class standards, and both the coaches and staff are exceptionally friendly. Joined in here to get my routine together, and to my surprise I'm not disappointed. The gym is great, spacious, and with the right equipments. The most thing I like about this gym is the freedom to do your workout with appropriate guidance from the trainers. Totally recommend if you are in and around Kundrathur, a locality which is developing. Kudos.

Been training with Shiva Ram and he's honestly such a good trainer. Super chill but also pushes you when needed. Every session feels fun and focused. If you're thinking of getting a personal trainer, definitely check him out!
