While the gym's facilities are clean, the overall member experience could be significantly improved. The dress code, which prohibits sleeveless shirts, is an unusual and restrictive policy that may deter members. In a non-air-conditioned environment, sleeveless attire is often a matter of comfort and a more effective way to manage body temperature during a workout. My primary concern, however, lies with the effectiveness of the floor trainers. The gym is a multi-floor facility located on the third and fourth floors, yet both morning trainers consistently roam the same floor together, providing minimal hands-on assistance. This leaves one floor largely unsupervised. A more effective approach would be to have one trainer stationed on each floor to ensure all members receive proper supervision and assistance. This lack of supervision is especially critical for new members who are often told to perform exercises without a proper demonstration of form or equipment usage. A fitness instructor's core responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of all members by actively supervising the floor, correcting poor form, and providing basic instruction to prevent injury. Therefore, I would only recommend this gym to individuals who are already self-sufficient and have a strong understanding of fitness, as the current level of staff support is insufficient for new or less-experienced members.

"My Fitness" gym is very well equipped and maintains a clean and hygienic environment. The trainers here are very genuine and knowledgeable. They are giving a plan based on individuals by understanding their physical ability. The support and guidance during the workout is awesome. Easily approachable and very friendly by nature and strict in the work out plan given. Felt safe inside. Ventilation is a little lagging and could be improved by providing more fans.

This gym provides a spacious and clean environment workouts, with a wide range of equipment available for all fitness levels. The Master is friendly and knowledgeable, offering assistance when needed. It's a great place to break a sweat and stay healthy "Consistency is the Key to Success"

Good if you know how to work out and also only use weights. If you want to use machines like treadmill this place is of no use. Their machines are out of order permanently.

My Fitness Gym is one of the best gym in Hosur. The equipments are new and the gym environment is hygienic. Trainers are more professional and experienced. They train u based on ur fitness level and support you in your Healthy lifestyle journey.

I am happy with their facilities and I am very happy with the training of the coaches and the coaches are more approachable and friendly to interact with. In my opinion, it's worth the price we pay for this gym .

These guys have a weird dress code and lots of stereotypes... After speaking to them for few minutes regarding how the gym functions I feel so repulsive that I changed my mind from joining here... As usual they manipulate you to take personal training that's a hefty amount... Working ppl cannot go to gym everyday.. The person probably the trainer doesn't seem to understand the practical difficulties to device a feasible plan..he says things like if you take personal training you will come everyday because of the amount you paid..bullshit..

Excellent gym with a great environment. The friendly trainers are always there to assist you during your workouts.
