I love working out at Royal Fitness Center. As a C-section postpartum mom, I felt safe and supported by trainers Sibi and Sarathi and Gokul Master. He also gave me a helpful diet plan for weight loss. I have gained strength and confidence, and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend it for new moms!
