Repeat7 high performance gym

I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience at your gym. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of your equipment and the cleanliness of the facility -- both are excellent and well-maintained. However, I have noticed that trainers often spend a lot of time using their mobile phones or engaging in personal conversations with a few fixed clients. As a result, other members do not receive the attention and guidance needed to achieve good fitness results. This has become a concern for many, and I've noticed that some clients have even discontinued their memberships because of it. I would kindly request you to look into this matter -- perhaps by reviewing CCTV footage or observing the trainers' activity during gym hours. Trainers play a key role in members' motivation and progress, so ensuring they are attentive and proactive with all clients would greatly enhance the overall experience. Thank you for your understanding and for maintaining such a well-equipped and clean facility. I hope appropriate action can be taken to improve trainer engagement.

I am absolutely lovingly my experience at Repeat7 gym. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, equipment is top-notch and the atmosphere is motivating. The classes are varied and fun, and i have already seen improvement in my fitness level. Clean and well maintained facilities. Highly Recommend!

I joined Repeat7 Gym as a complete beginner, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better start to my fitness journey. From the very first day, the vibe of the place just felt right. Clean, well-maintained, and such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. The staff always greets you with a warm smile, which really helps when you're feeling a bit nervous as a first-timer. What really made a difference for me is the support from the trainers. Everyone is friendly and ready to guide you, but I'm especially grateful for Mr. Kuldeep, who's been my trainer. He's so patient and really takes the time to explain everything, from form to technique without ever making you feel overwhelmed. His workouts are tailored just right, and I actually look forward to training now! If you're thinking of joining a gym and want a place that's encouraging and beginner-friendly, I'd highly recommend Repeat 7 Gym. I'm really glad I took that first step here.

The gym overall is decent - it has a good range of equipment, and the environment is clean and motivating. At times it can get a little crowded during peak hours, but that's expected at most popular gyms. Two of the instructors, there Harman bagga and Amit ajoria is always approachable, they Both are knowledgeable, and genuinely looking to motivate you in your progress. If you're thinking of joining, I'd definitely recommend

Absolutely love working out here! The gym is clean, well-equipped, and the trainers are super helpful. Great atmosphere for both beginners and regulars.

1 star only because Equipments are good. Trainers are unfriendly and egoistic. A tripod in gym is always lying in Excercise space. Washroom is common and very much conjusted and also having flushing issues. No manager in the gym.
