I was in bhadrak for 1 month. This gym was very near to home. It was good in compare to others gym. Let me share my experience. Is it coming under cult - No Equipment - dumbbells and equipments are in good condition But you will get most of equipments. Hygiene - honestly I felt no. Most of People are not using towel. And sometimes you will feel bad smell. As per rule outside shoes are not allowed. But most of not following this rule. Changing room - small changing rooms are there for boys and girls. But boys are keeping their bags in girls changing room. Trainer - if you have any clarification/ query just ask them. They will help you. Very polite lady trainer also. Capacity - It was very rushed in the morning. It's quite hard to get a bench or equipment. Overall it's good. Friendly environment. Safety for girls also (own experience, I was only one girl among all boys. I felt very safe). Initially they will suggest you for cardio but my suggestion If you have good knowledge except cardio or incase your goal is muscles gain then go for it without any doubt. If your goal is fat loss. Everyday they are doing TABATA batch which is best for fat loss.

I have a great experience till now in this gym. The trainer and the other staff members here are very supportive. I strongly suggest to come here, who is searching for a good place to workout with affordable price.

Yaah.... This one is a good fitness center in affordable price... They are providing cardio also in monthly subscription of 700..... I think it's a good one in this price range... N the trainer is also very good and cooperative..... So you can join

Overall, a very nice gymnasium with very well bahaved staffs and quality equipments.
