I've been working out at [. Downtown Fitness ] for the past few months, and overall, my experience has been fantastic. The gym has a great variety of equipment, including free weights, cardio machines, and resistance training machines, so there's something for everyone. The space is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with regular cleaning throughout the day, which is always a plus. The staff is friendly and approachable, always available to answer questions or help with form and techniques if needed. One of the standout features is the variety of classes offered, ranging from yoga and spinning to HIIT and strength training. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, making each class a great workout experience. The only downside is that during peak hours, it can get a little crowded, which means waiting for machines or weights.
