" AROGYA" WELLNESS & FITNESS CENTRE

Recently I joined Arogya Wellness with my wife in order to ensure our physical fitness. I am sure, in the fitness centre, 99% people focus on using the machine and equipment to address the strengthening and cardio fitness. But, what I found something extra ordinary in Arogya is the half an hour training of stretching/cardio ground exercise of trainer Mr. Sarath Nambiar, which is something unique, when i compare with any other fitness centres in the world. As a person visited many fitness centres abroad can categorically state that it is a unique one. Over and above, it is beneficial for all people, irrespective of your age and gender. Thank you Mr. Sarath for having an outstanding fitness centre in Payyannur.

Sarath is a dedicated and passionate trainer. Genuinely cares for his clients well being and goals. The Gym trainer is also very supportive and gives focused training to every individual. Both of them are very approachable and welcoming. Even though I'm not a local and didn't know the local language but I was made to feel right at home and ease at Aarogya which is what I loved the most about my experience during my time there. Sarath has successfully been able to create a very familial strong bonding among all members in the gym, like one strong community of people working out together which really helps in staying motivated on training. He's highly knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness training and physio therapy as well. Overall spirit and vibe of the gym is conducive and motivating to fitness and health!
