Best in the world world class trainers gym have ac and cold water facility trainers are friendly and handsome too celebrations like christmas,eid etc are celebrated in gym this is the cheapest gym having good facilities with trainers available at pantheerankave which is located at a calm place being a women u can choose any time from morning to evening while man have only morning and evening entry only

Supportive trainer's and provide different fitness plans, good guidance , quite good for team workout

Worst gym at the the time of starting it was a good gym now every machines stopped working thread mill have a lag while doing workout so u will fall when running unable to do cycling because of bad seats which become not adjustable painfull part is that they dont have Barbell Pad Squat Pad Neck Cushion which is used for lifting weights while doing leg work out, Leg Extension Machines rope will break everytime when u try to lift more weights now they are conducting football tournaments because people are unable to do workouts there
