Its an awesome GYM which provides premium equipments and service. well experienced trainers, personal training is very effective under the guidance of senior coach RAHUL. their working hours from 5.30 AM to 10 PM will make our workout time flexible. The staff is exceptionally supportive and friendly, and there are consistently three to five trainers available for general and personal training. A dedicated room for cardiovascular exercise is provided, which is notably spacious, ensuring comfort even during peak hours. The music system is strategically positioned to deliver high-quality sound without disrupting workouts. In contrast to most gyms, which typically offer limited cardio equipment such as two treadmills, a stationary bike, a squat rack, a crossover, and benches, this facility provides an extensive range of equipment, including more than three treadmills, various types of cardiovascular machines, and multiple squat racks. Secondly, regarding hygiene and parking facilities, the gym is meticulously cleaned, ensuring that even the mirrors are spotless. Separate, well-maintained changing rooms and washrooms are provided for both men and women. Lockers are also available for those who require them. The washrooms feature separate toilet and bath facilities. While ample parking space is available for four-wheelers and two-wheelers, it is located underground. The entrance into the parking is through the southwest side of the building. This facility is fully airconditioned , there is plenty of cardio and strength equipments .Therefore Even during rush hours there is no hassle woking out here .All the equipments have instruction boards which shows how to workout and which muscles are hit while working out. F-tribe is a more than a gym,it is a place to improve mental clarity,self-confidence and personal growth. I have been here for 6 and a half months. The owner and trainers are knowledgeable and have good personality. It is a big,spacious,premium gym with air conditioning,many modern equipment,regular cleaning and good lighting.The interior is very aesthetic. The gym is open throughout the day which shows the commitment.There is separate dressing room facility for men and women. If there is any complaint for any equipment it will fixed very shortly. I would recommend this gym to anybody to who wants to improve their mental and physical health.
