Best gym I've been to ..has excellent facilities and The ambience of the place itself is refreshing. The trainer Mrs Nisha is well updated and trained. She gives us challenging yet fun floor workouts daily along with the regular weight training and cardio exercises. The interaction between the clients and trainer is what makes the gym standout, they always have solutions to every concerns and doubts we have regarding our fitness and health.along with these workouts they also have zumba classes on weekends. As a content customer I highly recommend it to others who has plans to lose, gain weight and strengthen their body or simply to keep themselves fit, young and healthy.
