I have trained at multiple gyms in Bangalore, Kochi etc., but never have I come across such amazing trainers who motivate you and bring out the best in you. The gym is well-equipped, fully air-conditioned, and comes with pocket-friendly membership charges. One more beneficial aspect is - that they allow guests to workout at a per day charge of INR. 200 only (for those who visit Calicut only for a few days, and wouldn't want to take a membership for a month), which is usually not available as an option at most gyms around the country. This is a gym that is managed by Champion Trainers who contest in High Ranking Tournaments- bagging prizes every year - headed by their Coach - Mr. Gireesh I was lucky to train here only for a short period of 2 days, but I learnt so much from the Trainer - Mr. Sachin P, who is also an inspiration for everyone out there. This is the right place for those who are passionate about fitness and its aesthetics. They don't care about money, all they care about is fitness, cos that is their passion, and kudos to the team! #teamgireesh
