When I was joined in gym I was 91kg and after 1 month I looked my weight it's was 82 kg i shocked after watching my weight transformation. I was very happy for that. I am achieved my goals because of a good trainer and our hard work . Thanks for new generation iron for my success

Its my best decision that i have joined here . Even though i have gone through some nutritional courses i haven't got any changes until i joined here 5 months back . Anas is an amazing coach, always available to offer support and encouragement. so nice, helpful and kind. Facility and Atmosphere of the gym is very good to build body and I improved by body. The trainers very good and training without any irritations. The gym equipment is very good. Great facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone. Results and Progress: I joined the body weight lose program and I completed my 1st month program . Rejoined this gym two months ago, and it's been the best decision! The coach is truly the best--knowledgeable, supportive, and always motivating. I first started my fitness journey here three years ago, and the difference in training quality is remarkable. I previously tried a gym in Kozhikode but didn't feel good about it. This place, however, has the right atmosphere, great equipment, and an encouraging environment. Highly recommend.
