One of the very very few gyms in the area with AC! The owners and the staff are extremely polite and very welcoming. My wife and I decided to start working out and we are happy that we decided on Roots as our gym!
They have got almost all of equipments that you find in most modern gyms. And they have got trainers round the clock! Sufficient parking is also available in the premise.
The gym can be packed in the evening so I would suggest you go there in the afternoon as it is less crowded! I have no clue about the mornings.
The only downside: the gym is on the 3rd floor. But is it really a bad thing? Absolutely not! We get a slight warm up before the actual warm up!

I've been working out here for 2-3 weeks now, and what really stands out is how supportive the trainers are. Even on days when I don't feel like completing my sets or feel low on energy, they gently push me through -- never in a harsh way, but just enough to keep me going.
The atmosphere is hygienic, well maintained and there you feel sort of a positive energy . Personally it was a great experience .
I highly recommend this gym if you need that extra push to stay consistent and grow stronger.
