Kumarakom Health Club

I've been working out in Kumarakom Health Club for the last 2 months. The environment is clean, positive, and really motivating. The receptionist is super friendly and welcoming, always greeting everyone with a smile. The coaches are excellent -- supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to guide you the right way. It's a great place to stay consistent with your fitness goals. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy and encouraging atmosphere!

I've no idea that how people can run a gym with NO WATER facilities! It is pathetic that a gym doesn't provide with water. Gym is the main place where we need water because we sweat alot! That's so shameful!!! After a heavy workout when we go to take water from the filter there will be no water. Without water in a gym, individuals face dehydration, leading to reduced performance, muscle cramps, fatigue, headaches, dizziness, and an increased risk of heat-related illnesses like heat exhaustion or heatstroke. Requesting the authorities to please provide water which is a basic need!
