I have been working out at Fight Fitness for over a month. The ambiance at the gym motivates me to hit the gym every day. I would say this is the best gym in town with well-maintained equipment, the trainer is very experienced and friendly, always ready to introduce a new machine without hesitation. Been attending this gym for a few months( I mean actually attending not just paying for a membership) and it's been life changing. Totally love the pt sessions and circuit training . Sessions are always different making it impossible to get bored and really fun ( honestly have never found a gym fun before now)The coach is professional ,experienced ,friendly and above all have great sense humours . This place is a community where your health and happiness is priority and whatever your age or ability you are made to feel a valuable member. Nutrition is made simple and you don't need to go hungry to lose weight not a fad diet in sight

I was so impressed from my first visit. I could really feel a positive change in myself both inside out boosting my confidence. The gym is filled with positive vibes and friendly environment, very spacious with good equipments. The best part is the trainer himself who is highly qualified in what he does and gives us individual attention and training. Me and my husband works out here daily and is highly satisfied.
