I have a friendly atmosphere with the trainers and the gym is providing better quality machines and equipment for workout. I would recommend it for the beginners as well as experienced .

I joined this gym a month ago as a trial member. Based on my experience so far, hygiene, discipline, and overall maintenance are reasonably good. The equipment is well-maintained and kept clean. There are two certified trainers who provided me with a personalized training plan based on my goals. All I do is follow their instructions, and I've seen reasonably good results. They are professional, knowledgeable, and consistently guide me on proper form and posture during every workout. The gym's music system adds a lot of energy to the environment--it really helps keep you motivated. The only issue I faced is with parking; it's a bit limited. Apart from that, everything else has been great. Especially for women, the training atmosphere is very comfortable and encouraging. Based on my experience, I would rate this gym 9 out of 10.

Well maintained and disciplined gym. Glad to have such disciplined and friendly trainers who are always with our fitness journey. Moreover the Gym is a Happy place for me and I would suggest this as THE BEST GYM with the BEST TRAINERS.(like our own brothers) More way to go "HERRUM FITNESS ".
