The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to guide you, making sure you use the right techniques and get the most out of your workouts. The ambience is fantastic--spacious, well-lit, and filled with positive energy, making every session enjoyable. Hygiene is top-notch, with the entire gym being spotless and well-maintained. The equipment is of high quality, well-maintained, and perfect for all kinds of workouts, whether strength training, cardio, or functional exercises. Joining this gym has truly been one of the best decisions of my life. It's not just a place filled with equipments--it's a space filled with motivation, encouragement, and genuine care. The trainers are well experienced and good motivators especially my amazing coach Mr.Ram who believed in myself when i dint.I am so happy to have found this gym which uplifted my mind and spirit.

They're not just knowledgeable but also genuinely fun to be around. I had a personal trainer, Mr. Ram, who was absolutely amazing. I used to be the laziest person when it came to going to the gym, always afraid of judgment. But this place made me feel comfortable and confident from day one. Very disappointing experience. The service and overall approach to customers at this gym are far from professional. During the joining process, given misleading information that did not reflect the actual terms and conditions. Once signed up, the attitude completely changed. There's a clear lack of transparency and proper communication. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer-friendly place to work out.

I've been training at Aktiv Fitness for over 6 months now, and I can confidently say it's the best gym around the Cochin airport area. The gym is fully equipped with all the essential machines and facilities, including air conditioning, which makes workouts comfortable and enjoyable. The trainers are highly experienced, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They are always ready to help and guide you, no matter your fitness level. A special shoutout to Ram, my personal trainer, who has played a major role in my transformation. Under his expert guidance and structured workout plans, I've lost around 9 kg and become much more energetic and flexible. If you're someone with consistency and a genuine desire to be fit, this is the gym for you. Highly recommended!

I joined this gym and paid for 3 months. I used it for 2 months and then had to travel abroad. When I returned, they asked me to make an additional payment, without informing me earlier that membership cannot be paused or frozen. At the time of joining, no one explained such policies. Transparency is very important in fitness services, and I felt disappointed that this was not communicated. Please make sure you ask about their membership and freeze/hold policies before joining.

A special shoutout to Sanjay, my personal trainer, who has been incredible in helping me achieve my fitness goals. With his expertise, patience, and personalized training plans, I've successfully reduced my weight from 92 kg to 78 kg--a transformation I never thought possible! I also want to mention that all the other trainers here are equally good, friendly, and well-trained. They are always approachable and ready to offer guidance or support. It's a great place for anyone looking to improve their fitness with the help of a dedicated and knowledgeable team!
