Body Gold Multi Gym

This is so far the best Gym I've been to. Best trainers, friendly atmosphere, high quality machines. The Gym is spacious. Got space to walk around while resting and also everyone their is friendly and helps you out when in need. If you ask me, I would say go for it

One of the best health clubs in the city. Has almost all world class amenities for a variety of workouts. Very good Coaching and individual care and attention is also given. Yoga classes are also available. Separate sessions for ladies and kids are provided. Coaches are well experienced and have good knowledge on diets as well. Membership carry forward option is also offered if you have paid in advance and couldn't go to the gym for some reason. There is toilet as well as dressing room available and well maintained. Also shoe rack is provided for keeping shoes that can be used inside the Gym. A nutrition drink and snack shop named "Zouq" is also run by the same gym in the ground floor from where we can have protein shakes and other healthy juices and snacks at budget friendly rates. Overall very much recommended.

On my recent visit to Trivandrum from UK I found this gym near my place of stay. The owner Sujith was very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. Gym was well equipped & located on two floors. Very reasonably priced.

This is a fantastic gym and feel amazing and energetic when i leave from the gym. All the trainers are professionals and super good and take a special interest in you for giving workouts and diets. Very good environment for workout, have good music systems, quality equipments. Especially very good friendly trainers. I would highly recommend all of you to join this gym.

Very good breathable atmosphere and spacious.. friendly and quality trainers with hospitality.. I can highly recommend this gym to anybody without any hesitation.. if u want to transform ur body just go for it.. and you won't get disappointed..

This is by far the worst gym I have been to. Have trained in gyms across India in various cities over the years. Since lockdown I have been wfh and this place is close to home and that was the only reason for joining. The place is UNHYGIENIC,even during such times when hygiene is given such great importance. The trainers are NOT CERTIFIED. For the first time in my life I injured myself (back muscle strain) and that too under the guidance of a personal trainer! If you still intent to workout at this place,from my experience I would suggest you not to listen to the trainers at this place. Instead learn the techniques from certified experts (ex.reebok certified) and use that as your base.

Very spacious gym with almost every equipments.... trainers are always willing to motivate and support.....
