A special mention goes to Coach Amal, who has been an incredible support for me as a beginner. He's not only knowledgeable and communicative, but also very supportive and approachable. He helped me correct my workout form and guided me with the right diet plan. For me, he's not just a coach he's a true mentor. The gym also has other amazing coaches like Akhil, Lakshmi, and Sagar, who are all friendly, professional, and great at communication. They make the environment even more positive and motivating for everyone. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to start or improve their fitness journey!

The vibe is super energetic and the space is well maintained. The gym has good equipment, great energy, and most importantly - Amaljith and Sagar. They push you just the right amount, correct your form, and make workouts genuinely enjoyable (even on leg day ). Great gym with plenty of equipment and a clean, friendly atmosphere and there's a good mix of machines and weights. It can get a bit crowded during busy times, but overall, it's a solid place to work out.

Hey , this gym's amazing! So much space, super clean, and the equipment's killer. The trainers are great, and even though there are tons, only one's a regular trainer, not a PT, and he's awesome.
