I've been training at this gym for a while now and I have to say the best part of my experience has been working with my personal trainer Sajith. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. Sajith customizes each workout to suit my fitness level and goals and he always pushes me to do just a little more than I thought I could. He also takes the time to explain proper form and technique which has really improved my results and prevented injuries. The gym itself is clean,well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere but Sajith's guidance is what truly makes the difference. Highly recommend him to anyone serious about their fitness journey.

This is one of the best gyms in this district. This gym is very spacious, which is such a plus point. The gym has all the equipment for strength training and cardio workouts. All equipment is very well maintained. The gym is also very well organized. The coaching staff is excellent and very knowledgeable at their craft. The coaches always help's out with any questions regarding training and they are very happy to help. Thank you to management for keeping the gym organized and in pristine condition and also for hiring very professional coaches.

I did an inquiry and one of the trainers was really bad at communicating. The gym is great, but getting arrogant while answering a doubt of a customer is really not good. The vibe of the gym felt horrible due to the behaviour of the one person. I rate the gym as a 5, but it's a 2.5 in customer handling. The other trainer was really friendly. I advise you to visit the gym and have a talk with trainers. It becomes a different story if you are an experienced gym goer. I chose another gym which has less fancy amenities but good communication and no arrogance.

As i've opted personal training, coach Shyam is exceptionally friendly offering personalised support, making sure you feel motivated and on track with your fitness goals. It's a great place to improve your health and well-being.
